Here we see a beautiful copy of a violin made by Nicolaus Amati. It has a Slob cut (tangential) well flamed maple back made out of one piece. The golden brown varnish accentuates the nice flaming. It has ebony pegs and fingerboard, Wittner tailpiece and Thomastik Dominant strings. The instrument is fine tuned in my workshop.
